99 yzf 400 carb rebuild kit.

Have done a bit of a search around the intrawebs and cant seem to readily find one.

Does anyone know if one is made still for the bike?

I just purchased the bike, and it runs pretty damn good and strong. But the accelerator pump is a bit off I think, it bogs if you whack the throttle down low in the RPM range, and the carb is leaking in some spots. I would really like to just go thru the entire thing, dip it, and clean it up. But I dont want to take it apart if I dont have the gaskets and all in hand.

after more searching...is it a Keihin FCR 39 or 41 on this bike.

I plan on getting a service manual soon..... but just got the bike Friday :D

No "kit" though huh, with all the gaskets together like is available for some carbs :think:

Maybe they have a kit, I never found the need for one so I never looked.

good deal. At worst I am thinking i may need an accelerator pump kit, and I have found them. It appears fuel is leaking near the accelerator pump, but hard to tell right now.
