I'm curious how to find out which piston my 125sx has.
A or B ? Is there a letter designation on the head?? Would the squish gap tell me this? Do I need to break it down to tell?:think

I may be wrong but isn't it the size (diameter)? You can get a slightly larger piston when the cylinder starts to wear.

It should be a I or a II piston, which it is stamped on the top of the cylinder itself and the top of the piston.:)

It should be stamped on top of the piston. You may have to clean the carbon off to see it.

Often its just printed in ink on the top of the piston...so looking at the piston may not work.
There should be a stamp somewhere on the cylinder itself.
