Adding oil to new Kayaba fork

I would like to try adding the 8cc of oil to the outer chamber of the forks. My question is can I add the oil through the bleed hole. Thanks in advance.

The passage from the outer tubes to the bleed screw is not direct like the old version of the KYB .The passage is actually built into the base and is very small on these. Try it , It might take awhile this way.

Yes, that passage is really small. I used it to take some oil out and I had to compress the fork really hard while upside down to get some to come out. It was a lot easier to just take the cap off and do it that way. I thought about making the holes a little bigger so it would be easier.

Thanks guys I haven't torn into the forks yet. I'll just take off the cap, seems easier and less messy.
