Aftermarket pipe on a KDX220SR

To my surprise, aftermarket pipes don`t come with an exhaust manifold (flange?). So obviously the pipe I purchased (FMF) won`t mount without a new manifold. Anything aftermarket available, or should I order a "R" model manifold from Kawasaki?

My FMF slipped on my 220 with no problem or modification!

Thanks. Guess I don`t need a bolt on manifold?. I thought (from past experience) that I would need to bolt an extension of some sort onto the cylinder block. I`ve seen bolt-on manifolds for CR`s; different design I guess. I`ll try just slipping the pipe in and using lots of silicone.
