I totally tore up my FMF pipe this weekend on my CR250. It's bent to hell and there is a big rip in it.

My plan was to put the stock pipe back on until I get some $$ to order a new one.

Does anyone think I will have any jetting issues if I just swap the pipes?

I have a fmf turbo core silencer and a Vforce2 reed setup. I run amsoil 32:1 and premium unleaded.

yes, just as if you were going from stock to fmf, from fmf to stock will require rejetting. most likely back to stock jetting since i think v-force reeds usually doesnt require re-jetting.

with the reeds it usually richens the A/F mix because that reed has more surface area, also larger reed petals. moto tassanari says in some cases to drop the main jet 1-3 sizes but not always. good luck

Whelp I broke down and just order a new pipe from bills.

I wanted to try something a bit different and I've heard good things about Bills Pipes.

I think I'm going to take this downtime rebuild the front forks and grease up all of the linkages anyway.

Once I've had a few rides on the new pipe I will report back.
