I have a 93' kx125 that was given to me by my Ssgt. I rebuilt the top end on it. I took the bike out for the first time and it ran fine I guess (my first 2 stroke!) It bogs down low but takes of like a rocket when it hits the powerband. It seems to smoke alot but like I said... my first 2 stroke. After running the bike all day, it started fouling the plug. Now it will start but fouls after a few minutes. If I pull the plug and let it sit, it will start, but once again only for a few minutes. I have tried resetting the float level, moving the needle clip up (2nd from top instead of #3). I have also played with the air screw with no luck. Any ideas?

"did you break it in?"

He said he had rode the bike all day. It would be "broke in" by then.

Did you actually put a new plug in the bike? Sometimes a used plug will re-start but they never last long once they have fouled.
