Hey guys,
Im looking for a solid training programs that dont cost much ( or anything for that matter. Im pretty fast but i get tired within like the first 6 or 7 laps and im almost completly drained :ride: = :ugg: anyway just let me know if you come across any programs or anything you do to increase your endurance.

The best training for racing is riding. As James Stewart said "you don't see Lance Armstrong riding a motorcross bike." So ride, ride, ride.

Sounds like what you need is endurance. Here's the general outline for an endurance training plan. i'll assume you don't have a bicycle but do have a decent pair of running shoes.

week 1: begin running very easily (should be able to hold a conversation) Heart rate (HR) should be ~60%. run twice this week with at least one day inbetween.

week 2: same as week 1

week 3: increase mileage by 10% or less. Do not exceed this even though you easily can.

week 4: increase mileage by 10% of week 3

week 5: rest week. return to original milage of week 1.

week 6: go to mileage of week 3

weeks 7-9: increase by 10% each week

week 10: rest week again

if you make it to week 10, add another day so you're running three days a week. don't worry about speed. go by time and HR
