has anyone ever applied graphics using dish detergent, so you can move the sticker around and smooth out any bubbles? it seems like it would break down the adhesive? isnt there a dried coat of soap left under the graphic?:think

You don't need a lot of soap, I used a few drops in a spay bottle and it worked perfect, just spray some on the part and back of graphic. It allows you to correct any little mistake. Just make sure you get all the water and air bubbles out with a "squeegee"(a credit card works all right)from the center to the edges. After a few days in the sun, you won't be able to take them off.
It worked for me!

I like to use Windex, it doesn't make as much of a mess. If you get it too wet you can carefully use a hair dryer. Just be sure and start in the midde of the sticker when you're pushing the bubbles out and work out, and take your time. You can always peel it off and start over with more Windex if it hasn't dried all the way yet.

Ya, It's like one teaspoon of detergent to one GALLON of water. Don't use more than that.

Once you're done, the key is to let it cure for at least 24 hours. Once it cures completely, it just ain't gonna come off! ;)

I was concerned about using soap too. I just put mine on a few weeks ago and it worked great. The hair dryer is a must in order to get the decal to shape itself to the complex contours of the radiator shrouds. It's also handy to work out bubbles. Make sure the squegee is something stiff. I used a block of nylon and a popcicle stick for the little knooks and cranies.

If you do get a big bubble and are having trouble working it out, take a sharp needle and poke a hole in the middle of the bubble and force the air/water out the pin hole.
