Asterisk service needed

I have Asterisk knee braces for over two years
And I am happy with it. :eek:
I went trough 2 or 3 sets of steel cables. Maybe
year ago I got from my KTM dealer free kit witch
included non steel (nylon) cables, thicker side plates
and longer screws. Side plates should be right and
left hand side. But I got all four one side only. :think:
I was in hurry and put on missing sides old plates.
Plus I had problem with longer screws. They had
thread lock on already. Maybe too much. It was so
tight, that nut molded in the plastic start turning.
Again I reused old one’s.
Now one of the side plates broke. :|
It is time for serious service. I’m thinking to get
professional asterisk service.
Where I can send my braces, and how much it will cost?

The plates are left and right, it is possible they put the wrong ones in the bag, sorry about that. We have a rebuild cost of $150.00 for the set, which replaces and updates everything except the frames. If you want just the plates fixed, call 800-459-2999 X204 and tell them your situation, they will either send out the replacement parts or have you send them in to be fixed. Whatever you decide to do just call us and we'll get it fixed for you.

Ground transportation is 5 to 7 days now! :bang:
UPS is using trains because of gas prices. :yikes:
