Just wanted to relate an experience I just had with Asterisk..

I bought a used Cell Knee brace. When I got it, the laces on the back were worn out.. And a couple of the plastic adjusters were missing.

So, I called them, asking about how I can go about getting a replacement set of laces & adjusters.

She took my name and address, and said she'd have them in the mail today. Said the mail hasn't been picked up yet today, so it will go out immediately.

What she didn't ask for was a method of payment.

I was more than ready to pay whatever they asked..

They certainly didn't have to give the stuff away, and I never would ask that they do, but that's some of the best customer relations they could ever ask for.

For that, I'll without a doubt buy directly from them in the future..

We've heard countless stories about the folks at Asterisk going way out of their way to make sure the customer is serviced before well after the sale. A lot of people in the motorcycle business would do well to emulate them. ;)
