I recently restored a 1995 KTM mini-adventure 50 for my seven-year-old son. The bike starts easily, but I'd like it to idle a little higher before the auto clutch takes over. Can anyone tell me how to adjust it? Thanks in advance.
If thats the clutch I think it is, two shoes held with what looks like master links. You have get heavier springs. Another solution I used was drill a 3/8" hole in each shoe. That increased the rpm engagement. centrifugal clutch so lighter shoes take more rpm to enguage.
