Bed extender for Ford Ranger

I just bought a used bed extender for a 2000 Ranger ext. cab truck. It had no directions on how it mounts. Does anyone have one of these and can tell me where the two mounting bolts go? Is there some kind of plate I need, or what? Thanks.

My wife is driving my truck but I can check it tonight for you. Mine is factory and uses a pivot bolt on each side. The truck is a 2001.

Thanks, I've got the pivot bolts, but I don't have any threaded holes for them.
