Almost went deeeeeep into a valley were no bike has been before. Grabbed the front brake - nothing! Hit the back hard just in time. Inspected the brake area to notice my rotor was bent so badly that its taking all pressure from my brake line leaving me w/ nothing???? Dont recall smashing the rotor, did get banged up in a thick undergrowth area - didnt feel serious. I dont think a rotor protector would've helped noting the severity of the bend in the rotor. Any replacement advice - stock/brand etc..

I replaced my stock front rotor after the bushings in the floating part we shot. I got an EBC semi solid, nickel plated, non-floating rotor for $150. I havn't noticed any more stopping power over the stock, but it is a semi solid design, so that will help with pad life in muddy conditions. The rotor I got looked just like the ones in the link above.
