I just bough a used 2004 CRF450R from a guy that weighed about 170lbs. I know the fork springs and rear spring need to be for someone my weight. I am 230lbs and am at best a C rider that rides 95% motocross. What company should I go through to get the springs. I talked to a guy in Kansas City that does suspension and I can get fork springs and rear springs for my bike $180 shipped from him. The springs are from Low-Racing. From my experience that is a pretty darn good deal. I have a guy that can do all the work for free, just need the springs. Is this a good deal, and the route I should go or not? If anyone has suggestions please give me a website.

Thanks

Its hard as not all springs are good quality, i dont knwo the brand you are talking about but beware of very cheap deals, often they are not rated correct and also they dont fit well and also sag out fast.
