best mods for a 02 rm 125?

What specifically are you trying to improve on the bike?

mostly top end... any ideas on the following

flat top piston
after market head
after market ignition
exhaust

The best spot to start would be to get the cylinder ported. I don't think you'll see much improvement from an aftermarket head that you can't accomplish by getting your head modded to run race gas while your getting the cylinder ported.
