Looking for feedback on which videos are best for learning technique? What's available?

If it helps - focus areas that I need to work on are corners and clutch/throttle control. For MX. If there is info on bike setup information that is a plus but not a requirement.

Thanks

I think the best video for learning technique is to video tape yourself. You probably already know what & how to do it, you just need to see if you're doing it.

That is my intention to do in the spring/summer - especially since I'm using new baby boy on the way for justification with the wife for a new camcorder. I was hoping for something to watch now during the winter, how do I know I'm doing something wrong if I don't know what is right?

Any experience with Lamson's video or Gary Bailey's?

I had the opportunity to meet bailey a few weeks ago. that old guy rips. he is super nice as well. he is the riding coach for team honda and is also pastranas' personal trainer (riding). with those credintals i would recommend his stuff.

I have a the art of jumping and whoops video, and it is out dated and somewhat boring to watch, but it gives very good information if you can stay awake. The Lamson's video, is basically Lamson, sitting in a garage talking about motocross then it randomly plays video clips of him riding that pretty much have nothing to do with what he is talking about. He does cover some good stuff, but it doensn't show him doing it and talking about it at the same time like the Semic's videos.

Lamson's video is boring and has maybe 5 mins of usefull information. You probably already know that 5 mins of stuff anyways. By all means, save your money for summer and spend it on oil or something.
