Best ways to hop up a 01 CR 125..(performance wise)

Hey everyone,
I have a 01 CR 125 that I purchased in April..I bought it bone stock, except for the suspension..I know the CR is one of the slowest 125's, but its a good bike..Anyways, I was wondering what are the best mods for my bike? It feel as if my last bike (CR 80 w/ FMF silencer and pipe) has more power than my 125?..Your help is greatly appreciated..
