Do any of you go off jump on a regular bicycle, i would like to know how that compares to the dirtbikes. I have never went off a jump on a dirtbike before but i jump bicycles once in a while. About a couple years ago i got a fear of jumping bicycles because of an accident that i had, landed on the front tire wich caused me to crash and i got a rash on my face. I left jumping alone since then, but recently started to jump again off the smaller jumps and work my way up and overcome this fear that i have developed.
My question is not hot to jump bicycles but dirtbikes, i have read all the thread about jumping on this forums so i have done my search of searching, but would like to know others opinions about how the 2 compare, bicycle vs dirt bike jumping.
yes a big factor is the weight and motorized and faster speeds. Thats not what i mean, are dirtbikes easier to jump than bicycles? harder to lose control of them because they are heavier, compared to a bike wich TO ME seems like fairly easy to lose control of while in the air.
My biggest problem with bicycles is i tend to lose my footing, but im thinking because my bike is light like 25lbs ... let me know what you think about the 2 different worlds and how they compare.
