A friend of mine is having trouble finding boots that will fit over his calves, does anyone know a good brand for this? The local shops dont have too many boots on the showroom floor.
SIDI boots has ACS an adjustable calf system. They can be purchased from http://www.motonation.com/ which is how I got mine. My knee braces make the calf area big, and these work well. Also good if you have small calves.
Alpinstars Vector boots have the largest range of adjustability of any boot I've seen. It's a fairly soft boot without the level of protection you'll find in the Sidis or Tech 8s but it's worth considering if you can't fit in the Sidi. In the DRN Tested section there are reviews on the Sidis and the Vectors.
