no, the powweder coat does hold any measuarble heat. as the vast majority of coiling is done by the water jacket on such engines..


as far as the bike ,its an 2008 CR500AF so is based on a CRF250R chasis..
i do use the 250X air box as i like to add in the side door to access the air filter
from both under the seat and from the side
(you can check and make sure its "home"

we build the bikes up to what the customer specs,
he hasnt picked it up yet..,

in this case it was one done up similar,
to another black one i posted on our website last year...



Pred ,its powder coat,
like a tool box finish,,that crinkle black is incredibly durable
