blaster throttle cable adjustment

ive tried everything else on my blaster anyone know how to adjust the throttle cable thats the only thing left that could have screwed up becuase it was running and staying on but the idle was high so now i want to bring it back to where it was and adjust the idle screw on the tors

set the thumb throttle as you'd set any throttle. Then for the tors I think I played with it while running to get the idle right (that is to say, make sure you have a little play at thumb throttle then dial in the tors) - heck, take it apart and see how the tors works, its pretty basic if I remember
