Use dry gloves? Have extra sets to use and let the others dry? Having extra may help you find a pair that work better for your hands, as va_yzrider suggested.

I get blisters really bad too. I have tried the Moose underware gloves only to wear a hole through them and still get blisters. I have found that if I tape my palms and thumbs using pre-wrap and medical tape I prevent the blisters. Hope this helps.

White athletic tape has always worked well for me. When you do put tape on make sure to put it on with your hand fully open with fingers extended. Nothing worse than getting numb fingers because the tape's cutting off the blood.

Try softer grips. Those waffle grips wreak havoc on my skin. The general rule I use when picking out grips is whether or not they feel comfy to my skin without gloves.

I definitely think it's a combination of the above. I'd look at grips first. I have a pair of Smith gel grips or something on there right now that I like, and Renthal makes a bunch of different kinds.

Also, the fit of your gloves is a big deal--if they're too big and bunching up in the palms, you will get mondo blisters. I like mine snug so I run them through the dryer a couple of times.

I have the same blister problem (i have always had soft skin) even with thick callus pads at all the problem locations. I started using "prom gloves" with the fingers cut out, as underliners, and they have worked very well. you can get them at any teen girl jewelry/clothing store. yeah, you feel pretty gay buying them but its no worse than a sunday mornining vasaline run. well vented gloves also help, keeping your hands dry is VERY important. good luck
