We went there this past Sat.(1/13) and upon arrival discoverd Area 2 (trail area) to be closed :| I guess we should've checked first....http://www.mvn.usace.army.mil/recreation/Recreation_Sites_Bonnet_Carre.asp.

If you are going to ride Area 1....you'll find it severly ravaged by the "MUD WALLOWERS".... :bang:
