I want to get some alpinestar tech 8's and am size 10 uk in shoe size. What size boot do i get?

I wear a 10 and 1/2 in the U.S. sizes and Ifound that a size 11 tech 8 fits good. They have the booties in them and you can put some different pads in the booties to "custom" fit them.

I am 10 in uk size so do I want to get a size 11 boot then??

I was thinking about getting the tech 8's, and on some pages they list the boots then the inner boots, do you have to buy these seperatly or are the inner boots shown just replacements??

Mine came with the booties, I am 99% sure they are standard with the boots. I have no idea how U.K. sizes compare to U.S.
