i bought a 98 kdx 200,it needs back brakes,when i went to take the pins out to take the old pads out,the were lock-tighted to s***:| ,i cant get them out,whats the best way to do it without breaking the caliper?ive tried wd-40,PB blaster,bernz-o-matic(torch),just wont budge,i stripped the allen-wrench(got a new one now)im :pissed: off

Can you get an impact wrench onto that pin and try to get it out that way? My pin was a pain also to remove, but somehow I managed to remove it.

A tool that uses electricity or air compression to generate torque. It's what I was going to recommend also. You stripped the allen wrench but not the pin?

Sorry I meant an impact driver :coocoo: The tool where you use a hammer to hit the end of it to spin a nut/screw around, always works for me.
