is it possible to adjust the cam chain on my 1998 modle xr250???

The XR250's have automatic cam chain tensioners so you won't have to worry about that. Nice feature eh? But you should adjust your vavles every once in a while.

Mine's (XR4) starting to get noisy. Anyone know how serious this is or how long before I should replace it?
