Can anyone please help me?

i just bought a 1998 yamaha yz 400 last weekend and i havent been able to ride it because i cant get it started when i went to get it it started up just fine and rode good but now the only way i can get it started is to pull start it with my ***. when i pull started it last night after about 1 minute of riding the pipe was glowing red! is this normal?
also when i stopped water was dripping heavily off the frame
i changed the spark plug,cleaned the airfilter, and tried every starting technique there is does this radiator problem have anything to do with starting
help!!!can you please tell me the cause why it wont start

Hey, yamy aren't you the guy about 2 weeks ago that said your girl friend took your Yz426f out and busted a shroud? i'm pretty sure it was you. So what happened to the 426? Is it ok? kinda wierd you have a 426F then get a 400F?. Hows that ex- girl friend? or were you playing with the minds of the nice people at DRN?. So please yamy reponsed I'm interested in what you have to say.

Oops, your right, I didn't realize this was him! Yammy, if I had remembered that, I wouldn't have responded to your question at all. Someone that teats his girlfriend that way (if you even have a girlfriend or a bike) doesn't belong here. I can't speak for everyone, but I think your attitude towards your (supposed) gilfriend is despicable, and I won't be answering any more of your questions. You are black-balled in my list...:mad:

Glowing red huh? Does that SEEM normal to you? Water running off the frame? Does THAT seem normal? It would seem that you might have a larger problem than a spark plug or air filter combined with starting techniques is going to solve. Perhaps if you asked you girlfriend.... oh wait you don't have one anymore.

Maybe if you tried acting like a somewhat normal human instead of some wanna' be coolio LBZ type you would get further, AND have a girlfirend.:debil:

Hey, I also ride the 400. I know exactly what your problem is because one time, I let an idiot ride my bike and the same thing happened to him. He is the solution. Find a road with a really tall hill. Go to the top and put the bike in neutral. Wait at the top of the hill until you see a tractor trailer coming up in the other lane. Lay your bike down safely on the side of the road. Jump in front of the truck. I will be by later to pick up the bike.
