Hi all
I have a '99 KX250 that had the forks re-valved last year. I have gotten faster over the past year and now the forks are too soft. I have the clickers all the way in and am running 90mm oil height(from 100). The problem is very harsh bottoming. Will adding even more oil help? How much can you safely add? Perhaps heavier oil? Could I take the base valve apart and tweak the valving myself? I have never done this so I would need a walk through. The guy who initially did the work want's $100 to re-re-valve.
Thanks
Paul

Whens the last time the forks have been serviced? This could add to your bottoming problems.
For a $100.00 for the revalve Just think of it as getting a fork service too. might just be some cost for parts involved if worn.
