Cannot delete Private messages

What the heck am I doing wrong? I've selected the unsubscribe from all threads, but I'm still showing 96% full, what gives?

Thread subscriptions, and PMs are two different functions.

Okay, so how do I delete the PM's?

Click on 'your cp' then click 'view all private messages'

there are 2 folders you need to delete PM's from:

Inbox & sent items

Make sure you select 'from beginning' for each folder view

select each PM and hit the delete button.
