can't find the link with membership options

I know its here somewhere, i saw it before.
Also i have 1 more problem, I never activated my account back in March and my email has changed, so it wont let me activate it.
I tried to create a new one but it told me I already had an account,

To donate/join and stuff, you know 'lifetime member" "support member" etc.
it was like 35 a year and 100 to be a lifetime member. I can't find where to click to pay, Thanks bird
