Carbon Fiber Pipe Guard for CR80 FMF SST

The kid wants a carbon fiber pipe guard (like mom's) for his CR80 but none are available.

I talked to E-line and they can make them but we need to get about 20 orders for them to make the mold. They have KTM & RM minibike guards but no CR80's.

So, any other CR80 riders or parents out there with an FMF SST pipe on the bike interested in a carbon fiber pipe guard?

You might check with a local boat or fiberglass repair shop and see if they would be willing to make one. The materials are available and making a mold of just laying it up on the pipe and trimming it isn't that difficult. It may not end up as perfect as most of the E-Line pieces but I bet it would be pretty close.
