Carburator problems on CRF 80

My son has a 06 CRF80 and it won't start. The manual does not have any instructions on how to set up the carb, and it is overfueling while I try to start it (both with the choke on and off). Does anyone know where I could find info on the factory settings for the carb, or have other ideas on my fueling problem? I cleaned out the spark arrestor thinking that it may be causing a rich condition, but no luck. I have changed the plug multiple times, always with the same result....one ride, then it won't start again. The air filter is clean, and the fuel is new............... so I'm out of ideas. Any help would be much appreciated!

Clean the carb? Check the float height? I'd suggest a factory Honda Service Manual. Worth their weight in gold and it's what the deal uses for any repairs.

float valve can go bad becuases you didn't drain fuel out bowl for winter storeage, but it also possable your maybe sticking open or float fill up with fuel.
