cdi troubles!

guys ive got a cdi box blown on my bike. the wires from my stator stuck on to my exhaust pipe and melted through and fried the cdi. i had the bike brought to a shop and the stator and coil are fine, but the cdi is toasted.

im tryin to find a new one.. my bike is an 89. theres one on ebay that looks identical to mine but the part number is different.. the 88 is 32900-01B20 whereas mine is 32900-27C00

anyone know if the cdi on ebay will work on my bike? i cant seem to find any other cdi anywhere.

turns out they had the wrong part number on ebay for my cdi. the 86-88 cdi is completely different. and they had the part number for that one written there for a 89-91. problem solved!
