Chain for YZ250

Hi,
I own a 2006 Yamaha YZ250.
I would like to get a new chain for my bike.
Which one is a better chain:
the
Renthal R1 Works Chain
or
Renthal 520 R32 O-Ring Chain

also I want to know which is the right size for my bike?
Renthal has the following sizes 520-114, 520-116, 520-120
The owner's manual sais that the chain is DID520DMA2, 113 links + joint.

right there is the size...........

DID- manufacture
520DMA2, - size of chain
113 links + joint -length of chain

o-ring chains are a much better chain IMHO will last way longer than a non-oring chain.

As he said, also if your sprockets are worn replace them too or you will trash the new chain very soon.

If you order from some retailers they will cut as you desire because they order a huge roll and cut each chain as requested.
