I changed the worn out tire on my yz 250 which was a 110-90-19 to an identical tire (new of course) and it doesnt seem to fit on the rim the right way. Will i have to put alot of air in it to try to pop it on the rim or could it be that the tire was faulty and actually smaller than it is supposed to be?

Yep, make sure the security bolt is still lose and keep pumping, about 40-60psi should pop it onto the rim properly. Don't forget to let the air back out again, learned that before :silly:

you can put a little dish soap on the rim and the tire to add some lubrication. That part of the tire is called the "bead". Inflate until the bead pops out.

you may need to let the air out, lube the bead (w/dish soap), then pump it up till it "pops" into place. then tighten down the rim locks.
