thats a 4 stroke right would you be able to hold the choke up and kick it over. with my cr80 thats what i have to do. But that bike is much bigger i dont know if it would be too hard to do.

do you have a local cycle salvage around you. possibly go to there and look in the carb section, find a chock that stayes up but also fits on your carb and works perfectly. ( dont forget to bring your own carb if you do go to a cycle salvage)

Mine does the same thing..... I just hold it out.

roll kick lever over till you hit TDC, pull compression lever. Reach down and pull the choke out, and kick. Should start right up.

Once it is warmed up, or even on a hot day the choke is not needed so its a moot point really

Take it apart and clean it. Also, make sure the rubber boot is in good condition and seated properly. The mechanism can become oxidized and will not stay in the open position. If that doesn't work, replace it.

Order a choke assembly valve and replace it, its about a $15-20 dollar part, with dirt and crap getting in there, the bearing in it wears out and won't stay open.
