Club Fun Day event(ideas)
We are having a club BBQ and fun ride for Memorial w/e. I want to have some kind of event. A little background, we are a hare sramble club at heart. Most either race or have family members that do, so will base the event on that. Will have 40 riders or so. In the past we have had a 6 hour iron man event, a 4 hour team event and the usual barrel races/slow race type thing. I was going to do another short team race due to the heat but was wondering if anyone else has some new ideals! I was thinking maybe a double elimination type thing with 2 riders at a time. Give me some ideas here, please! We have up to 16 miles of trails with many combinations.
