i have a 1990 Suzuki Dr 100. when i squeeze the clutch i have to squeeze REALLY hard for it to even move on the motor. after i squeeze the clutch it doesn't go back, the clutch handle is loose because the clutch on the motor is stuck on now. i have to take a flat head to move it back to off. do you know how to unfreeze this problem? i tried to do cable adjustments...i am new to dirt bikes.

Is the cable crimped or bent really bad anywhere? My first guess would be that. If you take the cable off is it still real hard to move the clutch handle and cable? If it's an old bike you may have rust or corrosion on the cable or clutch. Check both and replace.

Drain the oil and check for any metal shavings. If it's not the cable pop the clutch cover off and take a look inside. I'm Not very experienced with the clutch so someone else will have to answer those questions for you. Good luck!
