clutch troubles

hi guys i have a 1990 yz 125 and when i pull the clutch in when its in gear the rear wheel is locked up if i try to roll it what could that be caused from?

If you have the clutch in w/ the engine OFF or ON? Because if its off, both my 2-stroke bikes wont roll regardless w/ or w/o clutch unless you push really hard. Its never going to roll easy unless in neutral
