Fred we'll be racing a KDX200 in a 24 hour endurance ice race next month. Temps have been as low as -30 degrees in past years so ya your bike can handle it no problem. Depending on your jetting you may have to richen your main jet and play with your pilot screw some. If your jetting is stock you'll very like be just fine, in fact if your jetting is stock you'll likely find the bike runs a bit better.
See the carb tuning guide on the JustKDX web for more details on jetting and the effect of air temp etc.
I ride in temps in the teens all the time here in TN. Your bike will be fine. CD is right......the colder, more oxygenated air will make your KDX scream!
The one thing to keep in mind when it's really cold is to warm it up well by gently riding around for 10-15 minutes or so. Everything is more brittle when really cold, so warming it up before really going for it may save some precious part - like a piston, rod, gear, etc. -david
