Coolant in Oil '89 KDX 200

I am getting radiator fluid in my oil. I would first suppect the water pump seal but is there some other place it could be comming from?

well most likely it would be and water pump seal. i have seen a common problem with those seals on these bikes. another place it could be coming from would be if your head gasket was leaking :ohmy: :ohmy:

most likely its the water pump seal. cost me quite a few dollars when mine did that since it needed a rebuild anyway.

If the head gasket leaks on a two-stroke, the coolant would go to the exhaust, not the oil. You will notice white "smoke" from the tail pipe when the head gasket leaks. Probably the waterpump seal.
