Just put the clutch, kickstarter assembly, gearshift linkage and exhaust valve governor back into the right case after a bottom end rebuild, all went well except my Clymer manual gave no indication of which slot in the rack the pinion shaft for the powervalve should engauge into and which position the top of the shaft shoul be. In the end I figured what position the top of the shaft should face but still was not 100% sure where on the rack the pinion should engauge. anyone have any advise? did a search but could only find stuff relating to cylinder installation and not the governor/pinion shaft itself. thanks
