Looks like the pipe that is on my bike was not made for it. The pipe was dented on the other side of this picture so it could get around the engine but i have no idea how they got it on or off. Makes me think its not the pipe for this year bike.

Never heard of a pipe that wouldn't come off. Its only held on by two springs at the exhaust manifold and two bolts on the hangers. One hanger should be one the front of the frame and one on the rear of the frame. You may have to twist it a little to pull it loose from the silencer. How about a little more detail of what you have done to pull it off?

The pipe on my Cr125 is really hard to get off... Much jerking and twisting to get it to come loose.

And it's also dented right where the cover for the powervalve is. That seems pretty normal for those bikes.
