hi there, i have a cr250 01 model. i've just had the fork seals done buy a freind and on first time out noticed somthing really bad with the rebound. when i go off a jump both front forks make a donk noise and when i land make a simlar noise also on landing i 'm getting so much bounce it's unsafe. the local honda dealer sold me the right oil which is 5wt coosh oil. really need help for this weekend.. any advice very much apreciated. cheers
