cr60 hunting at idle bogs only when let sit

my cr60 when running about every 10 seconds while idling the rpms will rise for a few seconds or so then go back to normal also if let sit while idling if i whack the throttle open fully it will bog. if i let off and hit it again it will rev fine as long as i dent let it sit and idle for more than a second or so. when riding it doesn't bog at all and when i came back from a trial run and let it sit without touching the throttle it didn't surge until i revved it again. any suggestions would be much appreciated, i just got it ridable today and now want to fix this problem asap. gotta be lean somewhere tried air screw with out much luck
