Cr85 Help PLEASE

Hey i just bought a 05 cr 85 very good shape looks great aftermarket parts etc idles perfect starts first kick but when i try to pull out on it its like it just dies...it has full power untill you start moveing... i let the clutch out too fast and even did a wheelie lol but after tire came back down i gased it nd it just dies... help please

its only an 85 but it should feel pretty quick i'd think. Maybe check and clean the air filter and try it then. if that doesn't help keep going through the system, check the reed valves, take the carb apart and clean the jets to make sure none are clogged, and that should take care of it... i hope this helps out, thats where i'd start looking anyway. i called the honda shop they said the carb is clogged im takein it down there they gonna fix it

That there is a good, tough little bike. We have 2 of them. Watch the swingarm chain slider. The stock one wears really fast on the top front of the swingarm. The chain can "saw" the swingarm really badly if you don't keep an eye on it! I caught it just in time. I tried to find an aftermarket slider, but couldn't. I may have been looking in the wrong places... :)
