Uhh I was splitting my cases and me and my friend beat the hell out of the magneto and end of the crankshaft getting them apart, would my crank need to be balanced now?

Ok thats kinda the word I was searching for , we used a rubber mallet and a lead shot mallet, Would having the true or balance of wear out crank seals?

not having the crank true will cause premature wear/ failure. you need your main bearings in a straight line to each other and your piston going straight up and down in between them and the proper clearances. not having that correct you will put unessesary stress on one or all parts involved
