Jetting question for the experts.

Y05 CRF450R
Powernow + Plus
Full Yoshimura TRC Pipe
No Air Screen
Pleasanton, CA 59-64 degrees now

Stock 168M 42P 4rth clip
I am having hard time getting this setup dialed in.
Now 178M 45P 5th clip
It feels a tad bit blubbery from bottom to mid- not too much but still not crisp. I put the needle to 4rth clip and it felt even more blubbery and vibrated more and felt as if it had less torque - weird - so I went back to 5th clip where I am getting more torque feel and less engine vibration but not very crisp.
I would like to get the bottom to mid crisp.
What jetting settings do you suggest? I need help.
