I have had my braces over a year and really like them. The cable wore out after a good amount of use and I called you guys to see what to do. Brad helped me out and is sending me the cable, instructions, and a few pieces of padding. It is nice to know that even after the warrenty period is well over, a company is willing to step-up. Brad was great to deal with. Thanks
