cylinder coating

do 1983 kdx 175 cylinders have molybdenum coating on them. I need to know because i am about to purchase another 83 kdx 175 that has been seized. email me if you have any information.

1983 KDX175? Double check the bike if its an 83 it should be a 200. Yes the 83 KDXs used a coated cylinder as did the 81-82 KDX175s.

thanks i figured out that my kdx 175 is a 82 and that the one i am ooking at is an 83 i was just going by what my buddy told me about the bike. Hes giving it to me for $300 so i can't really go wrong
